Office Assistant


As part of the RAY ALLEN Operations Department, the Office Assistant is responsible for ensuring day-to-day office operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate for this position will be an intellectually curious, hardworking individual with a strong work ethic, and team attitude. Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support Team Members in the office with administrative duties (shipping packages, putting away deliveries, coordinating orders, coordinating/booking of office meetings)
  • Collaborate with other RAI Office administrators and RAI Culture Manager on companywide initiatives and events
  • Assisting with office events (planning and coordination)
  • Track and manage IT equipment inventory and assist in coordination of replacement equipment as needed
  • Set-up new or replacement technology as required (e.g. new employee desk setup/configuration)
  • Keep storage spaces organized and properly stocked with standard inventory including office supplies and snacks

Required Qualifications

  • Must be comfortable working with IT Helpdesk and setting up IT related equipment with direct support
  • Extremely organized individual with an eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Very strong communication skills, both verbal (phone and in person) and written (emails, notifications), as well as excellent listening capabilities
  • Professional demeanor with outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Microsoft Office 365 knowledge (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Initiative and motivation with a willingness to take on new and challenging responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Advanced Outlook and WebEx knowledge preferred
  • Experience working with Virtual Teams or remote co-workers a plus
