Onboarding Specialist

RAYALLEN is looking for a highly organized, team player for the position of Onboarding Specialist.  The Onboarding Specialist will be a part of the Account Management Team and work closely with external stakeholders and internal teams throughout the pre- and post- sales/booking process.  The role will manage deployment of company products and services to achieve the highest customer satisfaction.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain effective and proactive relationships and communications with stakeholders and internal team members to assist both pre-sales strategies and client retention efforts
  • Complete full onboarding of new sales (RACSystem) and booking (Cisco) accounts
  • Assist Account Management Director by identifying placement of Cisco booking accounts by assessing account utilization and team member bandwidth
  • Ensure knowledge and accuracy by conducting Cisco Asset Manager audits through interviews, Smartsheet and Account Health data validation, quarterly metrics dashboards and TSA metrics
  • Overcome client and internal obstacles, as well as coordinate with cross-functional teams so projects are completed within established timeline projections
  • Update SalesForce and other utilized applications with important data and implementation reporting
  • Facilitate successful cross-departmental transfers when onboarding process is complete
  • Provide department heads with summarized feedback regarding individual onboarding projects and options for potential enhancements of implementation processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related work experience
  • Strong understanding of Asset Management concepts and all Cisco services
  • Highly organized and strong interpersonal/communication skills – verbal and written
  • Strong project management and time management skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent technical skills including Microsoft Office
