Program Manager/Director


As part of the RAY • ALLEN Operations Department, the Program Manager is responsible for leading and organizing program management of high-profile, specialized client initiatives and the projects contained within.  This role requires on-going collaboration with executive leadership and stakeholders to ensure successful on-time delivery of the program’s product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as primary point of contact between external stakeholders, executive team and project team(s)
  • Oversee execution of Statement of Work ("SOW") products and deliverables by Maintain awareness of emerging client needs, gather requirements, and give input on future SOWs
  • Participate in delivery of SOW work products and deliverables, to include (but not limited to) development of best practices and solutioning work-arounds for deficiencies in tools and processes
  • Define and enforce program governance structure
  • Implement project management techniques and methods such as change management, root-cause analysis and risk management
  • Understand and adhere to the program budget

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business (or similar field)
  • Minimum 5 years of program management experience managing multiple complex projects
  • Strong project management methodology knowledge
  • Extremely organized individual with superb time management skills
  • Flexible schedule (typical hours are M-F 8-5 but occasional calls take place outside these hours to accommodate different time zones.)
  • Very strong English-language communication skills, both verbal (phone and in person) and written (emails, notifications), as well as excellent listening capabilities
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Advanced PowerPoint expertise
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/ Office 365 (including Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience working with Virtual Teams or remote co-workers, globally
  • Some ability to travel, approximately 10-25% of time
  • Experience working with technology manufacturers and/or resellers

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA
  • PMI certification or equivalent  
  • Experience working with Cisco Systems
